Dead Set Ink requires a $50 non-refundable deposit on all appointments and a $100 non-refundable deposit for every all-day session. The deposit secures time for your artist to draw your design and will also secure your appointment date/time. We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule so we can rebook the time that’s being vacated. Unforeseen circumstances can occur last minute and last minute reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis with regards to whether a deposit is forfeited.
Once you leave a deposit your artist will work on your design and a completed drawing will be made ready the day of the appointment. Preliminary drawings can be viewed beforehand upon request. No original artwork will be sent from the artist, drawings must be viewed at the studio in person with the artist.
Deposits may be forfeited (lost) for the following reasons (among others): not calling to reschedule and not showing up for an appointment (no call/no show), not rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment, arriving excessively late to an appointment without calling. Only 2 reschedules will be honored, after that the deposit will be automatically become forfeited.
